Modern hotel, nice rooms. Delicious breakfasts, especially coffee and croissants. The hotel is well located, near the railway station. San Marco Square is 25-30 minutes on foot.

Proximity to train station and vaporetto stops. Friendly and helpful staff. We were provided with a packed breakfast to take with us as we had an early flight.

Perfect location, just 2 minutes walk from the train station, even through I spent 1 hour to find it cause the steet is so small to find, it is in between 2 bar on the front of the brigde. Realy enjoy the stay in Stella Alpina!

Couple seeking an enjoyable getaway
Had a lovely room with a spacious layout,. The staff were cute, they even gave us tips on the best local restaurants and attractions which felt personal and genuine.
It was a bit pricey,, but considering the experience, it was acceptable.

Only the location which near to train station and easy to find.
The front desk stuff no really friendly and look too cool,I mean the lady stuff. The bath room got some bad smell all the time.

Friendly and helpful staff, close to the station, yet still very quiet. Rooms were nice, comfortable and new and the breakfast was good. Very happy with our stay here and a good choice for the price.

Great location! Walking distance from the train station and in front of the Vaporetto line!Staff firendly and spoke good english.Good breakfast, with the option to have it at a beautiful giardino. The room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom offered good Olive Soap and was spacious. Silent at night. I would definetly go back.
If you have a hard time carrying bags try to book a a low floor, once it has no lift. If you are alergic beware that the rooms are carpeted.

The breakfast is good for the price of hotel and served in a nice room with garden. The triple room was large enough and moderately clean. If you are travelling with train , the location is a great point.
There is no wi-fi in the rooms and the price of internet is very high , and there is just one computer for public use which almost does not work.

The location so close to the train station was a great help with all our luggage. However the highlight was the amazing breakfast room and selection.

Unexpected challenge with a smile
The hotel staff were helpful, turning our little hiccup into a nice moment. I loved the chic decor.
The shower left much to be desired. We struggled with poor pressure and slippery floors, which dampened an otherwise enjoyable stay.

The location is excellent. It is just a few steps away from St Lucia train station in Venice. Resonably clean. Breakfast is simple.
Simple hotel but price is not exactly cheap. But this is not restricted to this hotel, this is overall for hotels in Venice.
